Take Interstate 81 North. Slight Right at Interstate 78 East.  Take Exit 51 to merge onto US-22 East toward PA Turnpike/I-476.  Take the Exit onto PA-33 North toward Stroudsburg.  Continue on US-209 North.  Exit onto US-209 North toward I-80 E/Stroudsburg.  Take the ramp onto I-80 E and get off at Exit 309.  Days Inn East Stroudsburg is 1/4 mile on the left.

From Westchester County and New England:
West on I-84 to 209 South. South on Route 209 to East Stroudsburg and I-80. Days Inn East Stroudsburg is on your right.

From Allentown, Philadelphia, and Points South:
Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 476 North OR Interstate 76 West to Interstate 476 North via Exit 331B.
